Build it using common tools and
easy materials to find.
IMPORTANT NOTE
1. Before cutting the material, cover the surface with masking tape or vinyl stickers, this is to make it easier to stick or remove the cut pattern on the material without leaving glue marks on the material.
2. Make sure the thickness of the material is in accordance with the instructions on the cutting pattern that we set, this will greatly affect the construction and other parts during assembly.
3. Assemble each part using wood glue or PVA glue on the wide part, use a clamp for maximum results, use super glue or all-purpose liquid glue in small parts.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Print the cut patterns that we have set, make sure the print size of the printer is accurate, print as original documents and do not use a scale, measure the print on each cut pattern with a ruler, if the size does not match then adjust the printer settings.
Use paper glue and paste print cut patterns on the material according to the thickness we have set, cut follow the black outline and remove the white area.
ALTERNATE DOWELS
In general, we use 5mm diameter food chopsticks as a dowel on the wheel and a 3mm diameter toothpick as the steering wheel.
